As we approach the final year of the 2022-2025 digital and data roadmap, now is a perfect moment to take stock of the strategy’s key milestones and remaining goals – not least the aspiration that, by 2025, 50 of government’s 75 most-used services will be certified as ‘great’.
Of the roadmap’s six core ‘missions’, the objective of improving data usage across government is the area that requires the most attention, according to government’s new digital strategy chief Gina Gill.
