Civil Service Learning (CSL) is to have two new leaders, the Cabinet Office has announced.
CSL was introduced in 2012 as a centralised way for departments to buy generic training for their staff.
It was brought in following the abolition of the dedicated National School of Government training centre in Ascot, and has attempted to reduce the amount spent on civil service training, standardise courses, and end the practice of departments dealing directly with suppliers, often at different rates.

Civil Service Learning shake-up underway as contract winners unveiled
It relaunched in March, with a revamped digital service and courses intended to be more tailored to the needs of departments.
Crystal Akass, who has previously worked as HR director for the Cabinet Office and Department for Work and Pensions, joins CSL as director of leadership, capability and learning.
She will oversee the development of a new leadership academy, and have responsibility for the overall learning and capability strategy for the civil service.
Responsibility for CSL operations and services will now fall to Jo Rodrigues, chief operating officer of Civil Service Human Resources.
Rodrigues has previously held senior HR roles in the Cabinet Office, Department for Work and Pensions and the Ministry of Justice.
Both women will report to Rupert McNeil, chief people officer for the civil service, and they replace previous director of civil service learning Hilary Spencer.
Spencer is now director of the Government Equalities Office in the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
