- Anne-Marie Trevelyan appointed as Minister of State for the Armed Forces (formerly Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Defence Procurement), Ministry of Defence).
- James Heappey appointed as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister for Defence Procurement) (formerly PPS to Boris Johnson as Prime Minister).
